Gentle Yoga (For Your Back): Yoga does not have to be physically demanding to yield great benefits. This slower paced class is designed to be a safe and supportive environment adapted to the needs of seniors, those with injuries or limitations, for stress reduction in anyone. It's spinal openings are especially beneficial for meditators and those on a spiritual path. Come and enjoy rediscovering the grace and joy that come with regaining flexibility and strength.
